Answer the call of the North Woods by joining Paul Bunyan and Marshfield’s Chestnut Center for the Arts for an evening of fun and entertainment. The Chestnut Center’s signature fundraising event, “Lift Up The Arts”, is set for Thursday, Oct. 17, 5:30-9:30 pm at Hotel Marshfield.
This year’s event, themed “Paul Bunyon and Loggers of the North Woods,” promises a wide variety of entertainment for all in attendance. Begin your evening with the classic country music of “West of the River.” Then enjoy ample horsd’oeuvres as you partake in a live and also a silent auction. Auction items range from art items and a Chicago Cubs package to one week’s stay in Arizona!
Try your hand at a selection of lumberjack games, and more! A cash bar is available featuring the Rusty Nail as this event’s signature drink. There will be a wine cork pull and 50/50 Raffle for added enjoyment. Comfortable attire is encouraged, possibly including your favorite flannel shirt.
