The much anticipated Snow Fest is finally here, Saturday at Wenzel Plaza (details below). Listen to some live Jazz Music at Chestnut Center for the Arts, take in a story or song about snow at the library, or check out the other events that you might have missed out on or want to try again.
Marshfield’s Weekend Weather

Join the Hub City Symphony! Available to all community members and university students seeking a creative musical outlet and interested in performing in a concert format, members will have the opportunity to learn a variety of music, meet new members, and develop their own individual and ensemble musical skills.
Snow Story Time

Frosty Family Fun Days
Saturday | 10 am – 5 pm | Oak Ave. Community Center
Fun for the whole family, inflatable bounce houses galore, a balloon artist, face painting, toys, tattoos, and more! $10 per wristband, group rates available, and kids one and under are Free. For every wristband sold, we will be donating $1 to a local nonprofit of the week! Food pantry donations are encouraged and rewarded.
Snow Fest
Saturday | 12 pm | Wenzel Family Plaza
This is a free community event. There will be professional snow sculptures, s’mores, hot cocoa, crafts for kids & more! If you are able bring a donation of winter clothing items. These items will go to local Marshfield students.
Tarot Social & Workshop
Saturday | 2-4pm | Gypsie Hollow
FREE Tarot Social & Workshop event is dedicated to those interested in learning more about Tarot and getting more experience with performing readings! Tarot Reader Beaux has been professionally and consistently providing Tarot readings for about 15 years. His expertise resides in the traditional renaissance form of reading Tarot as laid out by the original decks from the 1400s during the Italian Renaissance. Come and learn about the forgotten uses and practices with the Tarot.
Auburndale School Forest Ice Glow
Saturday | 5-9 pm | 10704 Park Ave, Auburndale, WI
Walk through our groomed snow trails with a display of over 120 glowing ice mounds. During the Glow, there will be hot chocolate (concessions) and a bonfire to warm up. The glow is meant for all ages, proceeds/donations will be going to Sleep in Heavenly Peace who work with groups to make beds for kids that don’t have them! Auburndale High school students look forward to seeing you there!
Mid-Winter Jazz Party
Saturday | 7-10 pm | Chestnut Center for the Arts
Hub City Jazz is a swingin’ six piece jazz ensemble based in Central Wisconsin. We play the best in jazz standards for dancing and easy listening. Our repertoire ranges from the 30’s to the 70’s including the work of Miles Davis, John Coltrane, Horace Silver, Carlos Jobim, Herbie Hancock and many others. If you like the sounds of eclectic bebop, fusion/funk or smooth Latin sambas, Hub City Jazz can provide.
