Friday, June 2

Mayor’s Breakfast

Tickets $6, children 6 and under are free.

Stop by their table as you exit the breakfast hall. Also recognized will be MACCI’s 2017 Friend of Ag, John Nelson and Nelson-Jameson Inc.

7th Annual Parade Day Breakfast, 7:00-10:30am

Wesley United Methodist Church, 205 East 3rd Street
Only one block off Central Avenue, park once, have breakfast, and walk to the parade route. The menu consists of scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, fruit, pastries, juice, milk and coffee. Cost is $7.

26th Annual YMCA Cheese Chase

• Routes will take participants through neighborhood streets, Veterans Parkway Trail, and Central Avenue Dairyfest parade route.
• Post Race Celebration will include food, beverages, and awards ceremony.
• Cost for adults 18+ is $25 and $20 for youth under 18 until 5/31. Registrations after May 7 are not guaranteed an event shirt. Race day registration is $30 for adults 18+ and $25 for youth under 18.

Lion’s Fishing Contest

Fishing contest for kids 12 years of age and younger. Every child receives a prize that was donated by local businesses! Chance to win a grand prize! North Wood County Historical Society Old Fashioned Pie and Ice Cream Social

Come enjoy this Dairyfest tradition with a slice of homemade pie just like Grandma used to make and top it off with a scoop of ice cream. Participate in the cake walk and games or just enjoy the live music offered on the porch. *NEW* this year is a bucket raf e! You can also take a stroll through the Heritage Rose Garden. Tours of the Governor’s House will also be available at Noon. There is no cost to tour however, donations are appreciated.

Kids Parade, 10:15am

Stepping off just prior to the big parade, is the Kids Parade that will start at the corner of 2nd Street and Central Avenue, and end outside of MACCI building, at 7th Street and Central Avenue. Kids are encouraged to come as their “Favorite Character” and kids 12 and under are encouraged to participate. Registration begins at 10:00am on the corner of East 2nd Street and Central Avenue. Bring your pet, decorate your bike, ride your Barbie car, and plan to join us! Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. All participants will

Dairyfest Parade

Stepping off on the corner of 2nd Street and Central Avenue Dairyfest… “Makin’ it happen” will be presented as 75+ units take part in this year’s Dairyfest parade. This year’s 2017 Parade Marshal, Shirley Mook, will lead the parade. Our parade partners, Marsh eld Clinic Health System will distribute buckets along the route so “kiddos” can collect all the goodies handed out along the route. Don’t miss local and area high school bands perform along the parade route. Theunits will travel south on Central Avenue, turning east on 14th Street, and south on Cherry Street, ending just inside the fairgrounds. The Central Wisconsin State Fairgrounds is your one-stop destination for a full day of activities.

4th Annual Cow-Pie Bingo

12:00-2:00pm
The Hannah Center, 212 East 3rd Street
Join us after the parade for a family friendly lunch on the lawn featuring Wenzel brats and hotdogs, as well as Seehafer Farm Creamery ice cream. Bingo squares are $5 each. Enter for a chance to win $100. Join the crowd in anticipation as our Liquid Coin Dairy calf takes the bingo board and drops a “cow-pie” on the winning square. Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the calf, as well as a petting zoo. Purchase your bingo squares by 1:30pm or beforehand at www.hannahcenter.com. Tours of The Hannah Center will be available too.

There will be an awesome live music lineup beginning at 4:00pm and our headliner, Stratford native and Nashville recording artist “The Jerry Schmitt Band” beginning at 7:00pm. There is no admission charge and doors will open at 11:00am. Must be over 21 to enter! A portion of the proceeds will bene t the Marsh eld Young Professionals. June Vox Concert, 6:00pm

The Vox Concert Series kicks off their summer concert series with Haley Klinkhammer for an evening of music outdoors. Music will start at 6:00pm and the concert is
