Marshfield Fitness Center Excited About New Space

With five Personal Trainers on staff and the latest equipment, Total Body Fitness is passionate about providing a high-quality member experience. Now owners Todd and Dawn Schoenherr are able to even better fulfill that in their newly-renovated location on North Central Avenue, in the former Walgreens building. Called TBF Center, the new facility includes Total Body Fitness, Off The Mat Yoga, and two other spaces yet to be filled.

“We have been passionate about health and wellness, so it was the right choice for us to open Total Body Fitness in August 2010,” said Dawn. “The move to the TBF Center was the next step in serving the community better with a more centrally located facility and offering more for our members.”

At TBF, members can expect more variety of group classes, cardio kickboxing, core classes, spinning, and youth classes.

Their very successful Zoofit, the only bootcamp in town, fosters camaraderie among members. Since reopening at their new location, Dawn has seen many new faces trying the facility.

Focusing on proper form, cleanliness, and safety are priorities at TBF. They are also the only facility within 60 miles that has artificial turf.

“Our team more than anything wants to make a difference in the lives of others. That is what we are all about,” said Dawn. “TBF is family.”

Anyone interested in learning more is encouraged to check out the new facility.

“We are so excited to have this opportunity in Marshfield, making the city a healthier great place to live,” said Dawn. “‘Live to be fit’ is the future of Marshfield.”
