“Hotel Marshfield is not only pet friendly but welcomes pets of any size with open paws! At check in, we have a gift bag for the furry four legged guest with treats and toys, as well as great places to take your family friend for a walk,” said Cory Latourell, General Manager. “We get the pet’s name at time of reservation and be sure to use it, and put it on the nametag of their treat bag.”

“I think most hotels are afraid the pet is going to be disruptive or destructive, so they turn away those guests,” she added. “We’ve not found that to be the case here. We’ve found pet parents take very good care of their animals, so there’s nothing but an upside for us to promote it.”
Woodfield Hotel
Woodfield Inn and Suites welcomes two dogs of any size for an additional fee of $12 per dog, per night. Dog-friendly rooms are limited; King Rooms are not dog friendly. Dogs cannot be left unattended in rooms. No cats allowed. Call (715) 387-2233 to book a room.
Quality Inn
Quality Inn Marshfield welcomes two dogs 70 lbs or less for an additional fee of $20 per dog, per night. Only four rooms are dog-friendly. Call (877) 411-3436 prior to booking to confirm availability. Dogs cannot be left unattended in rooms. No cats allowed.
MARSHFIELD AREA PET SHELTER
MAPS was formed in Sept 2011 when a group of concerned citizens realized the need for a humane shelter in Marshfield.
“Numerous homeless animals found in and around the Marshfield area had no one stepping in to ensure they received veterinary care, they were spayed/ neutered, vaccinated and given the opportunity to find loving forever homes,” said Karen Rau, MAPS founder and President. “They needed a voice and a group that cared.”MAPS is 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer based organization actively engaged in raising funds to build a humane shelter for the greater Marshfield area. MAPS is currently operating in a temporary home on W 29th Street in the former airport terminal building.
MARSHFIELD DOG PARK
Located at the corner of Peach and 21st Street, the mission of the Marshfield Paws ‘N Play Dog Park is to establish a fenced in, off-leash dog park where well-behaved dogs can exercise in a clean, safe environment without endangering or annoying people, property or wildlife. At any given time during the warmer months (and even some brave dogs in the wintertime), the park is full of happy canines making friends and enjoying life.
The park is a community project in partnership with the City of Marshfield designed to satisfy the needs of dog-owners and non-dog owners alike. Located on a beautiful, well-maintained space, the park is open to all dog lovers and friends who are willing to uphold the park’s rules and restrictions.
