Cajun Cooking and Massage Classes Offered at UW

Explore – UW-Stevens Point at Marshfield (formerly UW-Marshfield/Wood County) Continuing Education is offering some brand new classes in October including Cajun Cooking and Massage Basics.

Cajun Cooking will be held October 8, 6-8 p.m. at one of Marshfield newest eateries, Mojo’s Pasta House and Cajun Cook Shack. Discover how to create delicious Cajun flavors to add a punch of flavor at dinner time. Join Chef Matt as he demonstrates Cajun cooking techniques and recipes. Sample Pasta Jambalaya, Etouffee (Cajun stew), and Cajun shrimp. Take home Creole recipes to test out for family or guests!

Massage Basics runs Tuesdays, October 16-30, 6-7:30 p.m. and includes three areas of focus: headache relief, back and shoulders, and foot massage. Learn various massage techniques from Master Level Massage Therapist and owner of Back to Bliss, Josiah Groth. Take one class for $25 or all three for $55.
