Art Fair Taking Place in Conjunction with Wine Walk
Tickets are live for the popular annual Downtown Wine Walk, a fundraiser for the Marshfield Area United Way.
There are a total of 250 tickets available, and last year that same number sold out. There are fifteen wine stops hosted by local businesses. Ticket holders will sample wine paired with cheese courtesy of Nasonville Dairy, and each participant will receive a 15 oz. stemless wine glass.
The event will take place May 12 from 11-2 p.m. in conjunction with the Art on the Avenue art fair (previously the Mother’s Day Art Fair) hosted by MACCI. There will be food trucks and around fifty artists set up at the Holiday Inn from 10-4 p.m. for the free art fair.
Tickets are $25 or $30 after May 1. These can be purchased online at this link or by stopping at the United Way office at 156 S Central Avenue, Monday through Friday from 8-4:30 p.m or at MACCI (700 S Central Ave).
Registration begins 10:30 a.m. on the day and the walk starts at MACCI or United Way (chosen when purchasing the ticket). IDs will be checked. Participants receive a wristband, wine glass, and navigation maps. Special offers by local businesses make it a chance to do some shopping as well.
