There are several different types of funds at the Marshfield Area Community Foundation: designated project, specific field of interest, unrestricted or donor advised funds. The sole purpose of a designated fund is to support the charity you care about. A designated fund is set up for a specific purpose.
MACF hold funds for youth net, Mary’s place boardinghouse, Marshfield Area Habitat for Humanity, Sacred Heart Church Palm Sunday choir, Tiny Tiger Intergenerational Center- the list goes on and on. If you have charity that is near and dear to your heart, we can establish a fund to help support it forever.
Designated funds are another addition to MACF’s long list of contributions to the community, which include Wildwood Station, Everett Roehl Marshfield Public Library, Hackman Field, the Youth Baseball fields, Weber Park, Hamus Park, Hardacre Park, Braem Park Disk Golf, the Skate Park, Tiny Tiger Intergenerational Center, the ACE Academy, Griese Park, and many, many more.
A tax exempt, non-profit organization, MACF uses public support to better connect those with a cause in mind to its completion while taking care of administrative tasks, and continues to establish permanent, named funds for public benefit.
