There’s still time to join the Festival of Light fundraiser on Thursday, November 29, an annual fundraiser of House of the Dove hospice care in Marshfield. Part of Ascension, the largest nonprofit health system in the United States, the mission of the House of the Dove is to provide compassionate hospice care to patients and their families.
Tickets are $50 for a night at the Oven Above the Pub and can be purchased by calling House of the Dove at 715-389-0100. The event features a silent auction, raffles, hors d’oeuvres and cash bar. Prizes include its signature fully-decorated Christmas trees, a 5 foot tall Musical Nutcracker that lights up and plays carols, a signed Bart Starr framed photo with ring, vintage record player, The Players championship trip in Ponte Vendra Beach in Florida, freezer with gift cards to fill it, pheasant hunt in Warrens, one-year YMCA membership, Wisconsin vs. Denver Hockey, trip to Savannah, GA, Milwaukee Bucks Tickets, daytime sleigh ride, and many more quality auction items.
The silent auction will start at 5:30 followed by the vocal auction at 7 p.m. Silent auction winner are announced at 8:45 p.m.
