I used to love to go out for an Easter brunch. It was so relaxing to attend Easter services and then head off to enjoy the yumminess at the restaurant. No worrying about the meal, the clean up and how we were all going to pull it together and still get to go to services.
Alas, one of my “littles” has food allergies and going to an Easter brunch is just not very doable for my family. But I do envy those of you that can rock your pastels and pretty shoes, (or boots depending on how Wisconsin weather is treating us) and walk up to a Easter brunch buffet and choose a little bit of everything…probably some juicy ham, crispy chicken, creamy mashed potatoes…and all the dessert choices...
Don’t worry if you aren’t a planner and haven’t made reservations yet, there are still local restaurants that have openings (I scoped it out for you). Here are a couple I found. (Some are buffets and some are an Easter special dinner.) Check out the information below about some of the options and how to contact them:

Buffet will feature glazed ham, savory crispy baked chicken, kielbasa and sauerkaut,
chicken piccata with lemon rice pilaf, lasagna, salisbury steak smothered
in mushrooms, onions, and gravy, vegetable medley, buttered corn, Pat's twist on
baked beans, homemade stuffing, and mashed potatoes.
There will be a room full of desserts, including out famous CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN
with dipping treats, cakes, cookies, bars, and homemade PIES. There will also be an
assortment of fruit and vegetable salads.
Coffee station, with milk included with the buffet.

We will be serving oven roasted and hand carved turkey slices served over sage dressing and topped with turkey gravy. Served with parmesan mashed potatoes, fresh steamed broccoli and carrots, jellied cranberries and a dinner roll.
