Latest “Cooking With Ruth” Episode Features Vegetarian-Friendly Burger

In the latest episode of Cooking with Ruth, Gary takes the lead as he and Ruth make a healthy and delicious veggie burger.

Mixing quinoa, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and other healthy ingredients, the burgers are then fried on a stovetop and served with a unique dill sauce.

“It is fun to change up recipes,” said Ruth, as Gary added his own touch of sautéed mushrooms and onions to the mixture.

Serving options can vary. “I would have either no bread, or a piece of artisan bread, and maybe a caesar salad,” said Ruth. “And there’s your dinner!”
