Chestnut Center for the Arts Introduces Art Share

art supplies

A brand new FREE program at Chestnut Center for the Arts!

Chestnut Center for the Arts (CCA) invites adults to gather, socialize and create alongside other working artists, crafters, and creative beginners looking to experiment with different art mediums.

Participants are encouraged to bring materials and tools from home to work on a current project. For people who do not have anything to work on, CCA will welcome you and offer a variety of materials to begin exploring your creativity. Learn new techniques, explore new mediums, ask for critique/feedback, share supplies, knowledge, and just in general, network, collaborate and make friendships.

If you do not have anything to work on, that is ok! CCA will provide some basic supplies for you to begin your creative journey.

Art Share is FREE for our creative community, but donations are appreciated.

Kaylan Petrie, Art Share Facilitator, says, “Art Share is such a great way to carve out some creative me time. Show up and make something in a safe space with no judgment. We offer a variety of art materials for folks to experiment. As donations are collected, there is potential to add more fun supplies and tools to our studio.”

Upcoming Dates are as follows:

Jan 19th, Feb 16th, March 16th, April 20th • 6-8:30 pm
