1 in 285 children are diagnosed with cancer before turning 20.
Show your support for the “smallest fighters” this September for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
A 2 mile run/walk and kids fun run will be held Saturday, Sept. 21. Proceeds from the event benefit the Marshfield Clinic Health System Pediatric Cancer Care fund to support families affected by childhood cancer.
Registration is $20 for adults and youth over 8 years of age, or $10 for children 8 and under. Register for September 1 to include a T-shirt.
There is no official timing for this race at Wildwood Park. Registration is at 8 a.m. followed by the kids fun run at 8:45 a.m. and the 2-mile race at 9 a.m.
