Fall Flowers Beautify Downtown Marshfield

Once again the downtown is blooming with fall colors! For the second year in a row, Main Street Marshfield and Mill Creek Gardens have worked together to coordinate a beautiful fall display in the planters throughout the downtown. This year however, the credit really goes to all our local businesses and residents. With 66 planters and 51 different sponsors, the downtown planters are not just beautiful, but a representation of the local support we have in Marshfield.
Main Street Marshfield coordinates all the summer plantings, but it hasn’t been in their budget to do the additional fall planters.
“We have been very fortunate to have Mill Creek Gardens take this project on with us. They donate their time for installation and watering and help us solidify sponsors for each of the planters. We were only going to do as many planters as we could find sponsors for,” stated Angie Eloranta, Main Street Executive Director.
The response was overwhelming, and all the planters have been sponsored.
“It has been great to see so many businesses and residents jump on board to help beautify our downtown!” added Eloranta.
The planters will have mums for the fall and then will be changed out with a holiday display come November. Main Street Marshfield and Mill Creek Gardens would like to thank all of the generous sponsors.
