Cooking with Ruth Episode 105: Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

“Cooking With Ruth” Celebrates Ruth’s Birthday with Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

In the latest episode of Cooking with Ruth, Ruth makes oatmeal raisin cookies in honor of her birthday. She dedicated the episode to her grandmother, who used to often make these cookies when Ruth was younger.

“In honor of my birthday, I actually want to honor my grandmother and my twin sister,” said Ruth.

An easy recipe that includes sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, baking powder, salt, eggs, oats, flour, and raisins, these cookies are baked at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes. Enjoy hot from the oven with a glass of cool milk!

Until next time, happy cooking!
