Latest “Cooking With Ruth” Episode Features Healthy and Easy Recipe
In the latest episode of Cooking with Ruth, Ruth Elderbrook and co-host/husband Gary, combine fresh produce and pita bread to craft a delicious and healthy meal. This recipe is one of their simpler creations, but as always, Ruth and Gary share tips and tricks to make assembly fun and easy.
“It’s even an item you could do for a kid’s party,” said Ruth. “Even just have a buffet where people can put their own wraps together. Instead of a taco bar, you can have a wrap bar.”
Start with a piece of pita bread, spread on some hummus, and add fresh produce to make this delicious meal. Serve with soup for an even heartier culinary experience.
