What’s Offered in Continuing Education this Spring

Covering a wide variety of topics in arts, history, professionalism, music, exercise, technology, and much more, Continuing Education is a chance to learn new hobbies, pick up skills, and plan for the future. Here is an overview of what is offered:

Youth Opportunities: Prep for the ACT, star in a performance of Tom Sawyer, receive the American Red Cross certification for babysitting, explore STEM experiments, play volleyball or learn gymnastics.

The Arts: Attend UW-Marshfield’s first-ever variety show or Arthur Miller’s classic historical drama “All My Sons,” paint with a glass of wine, celebrate Scotland’s most beloved poet Robert Burns with a Burns Supper, sample dutch cuisine, and attend Dinner and a Movie.

Sports and Exercise: Snowshoe or ski at School Forest, learn Ballroom Dance.

Personal Enrichment: Retracing Lewis and Clark’s Trail today, identify backyard birds, learn more about the Founding Fathers, the ins and outs of your smartphone, and basic Spanish, about music in the movies, how to maximize your Social Security.
