Weber’s Farm Store Soft Serve Ice Cream Returns for the Season

Weber’s Soft Serve Ice Cream a Popular Treat

[UPDATE: Weber’s is now open for the 2018 season!]

2/6/2017 – Weber’s Farm Store’s famous soft serve ice cream is back for the season! For more than 25 years, the family-owned store has been serving some of Central Wisconsin’s best frozen desserts. From February through mid-November each year, Weber’s soft serve is a popular treat for many.

“The soft serve is just so creamy and delicious,” said Amber Roggenbauer, store manager. “Surprisingly enough, it is low in fat and calories even with its rich taste. It’s a perfect treat after school, work, or on your way to the park.”

Delicious and reasonably priced, during the busiest time of the season, Weber’s go through at least 150 gallons of soft serve per week.

“Weber’s carefully selected this premium soft serve ice cream made from milk of family farms because we want to serve only the best to our customers,” said Roggenbauer.

Also available at the store are homemade sundaes, shakers (ice cream mixed with goodies), and homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches.

“The CowPie Sundae seems to be a favorite of many,” said Roggenbauer. “Last summer we started serving hard scoop ice cream cones in-store (only). We also have novelty frozen treats, such as Spongebob popsicles, ice cream bars, push-ups, ice cream sandwiches, drumsticks, and creamsicles.”

Weather permitting, visitors can enjoy a delicious frozen treat on Weber’s outside patio. There is also limited indoor seating provided. While there, stock up on farm fresh milk, Nasonville Dairy Cheese, and other local goodies.

Stop into the store or swing through the Weber’s Farm Store drive-thru at 9706 County Rd H in Marshfield. Open 8:30am-7:00pm weekdays, and 8:30am-5:00pm Saturdays. Closed Sundays. Like them on Facebook here.
