The Marawood County Line Riders 4-H group will be holding its annual Tack Swap on March 9th from 9am – 2pm at the Marshfield Fairgrounds Jr. Fair Building.

“Funds raised go to support youth project education, learning materials, camps, community service projects, and travel learning experiences like state conferences, state arts teams, space camp and leadership development experiences in Washington D.C.” said Jessica Lewer, leader.

There will be 30 vendors, including on-site hat shaping, and a silent auction. Those who make a cash or supply donation for Marshfield Area Pet Shelter (MAPS) are eligible for a drawing for a Central Wisconsin fair pass.

“Stop by the food stand for breakfast (assorted doughnuts/muffins, juice, coffee) or lunch (hot beef, soup, walking tacos, hot dogs, nachos, chips, and soda),” said Lewer. “Don’t forget to stop by the bake sale for a sweet treat!”

The event itself is just $1 for entrance and will include new and used horse-related items, from decor to horse tack.
