UW–Marshfield/Wood County Preview Day set for April 7

Local University to Host Spring Preview Day

Attend the University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County preview day for prospective students and their families on Friday, April 7 from 1–4 p.m. in Room 131. The event is free and open to the public.

The preview will feature information on admissions, degrees and the financial aid process. Attendees will also have the chance to tour campus and hear from staff, faculty and current students.

“We have a beautiful campus, committed faculty and staff, and Preview Day offers anyone who wants to continue their education the chance to see what their local University of Wisconsin campus can offer,” said Keith Montgomery, dean and regional executive officer for UW Colleges.

During campus visits, participants will be able to view labs and classrooms, athletic facilities, student common spaces, music, theatre and arts areas, and take an interactive tour of The Villas of Marshfield (student housing). Advisors will also be on hand to discuss campus life, sports and transfer opportunities, including UW-Marshfield/Wood County’s Guaranteed Transfer Program with every UW four-year campuses.
