THREE THINGS TO DO THIS WEEKEND IN CENTRAL WISCONSIN: JULY 2, 3, 4

MARSHFIELD, WI (Explore) – Fourth of July weekend means there are many awesome events to attend this weekend in Central Wisconsin. Here are just a few:

RIVERFRONT RENDEZVOUS (July 2 – 4)- This festival is located at the beautiful Pfiffner Pioneer Park in Stevens Point which borders the Wisconsin River. The fun never ends with bands, corn hole, horseshoes, inflatable games, lumberjack shows, a trivia contest, a parade and much more. Fireworks will also be provided by Trig’s. FESTIVAL FOODS FOURTH OF JULY CELEBRATION (July 4) – Join us for an evening of fun!

Festivities kick off at 4:00 PM at the Marshfield Fairgrounds, with the Festival Foods Fireworks beginning at 10:00 PM.

DESSERTS AT PREVAIL BANK 4TH OF JULY SPECIAL (July 2)- This is an event for the sweet tooth in your family. Kat’s Sweet Escape will be selling treats at Prevail Bank beginning at 10 a.m. and going until 4 p.m.
Goodies include: Special Skittle Red White and Blue Macarons, Marble Red White and Blue Star Sugar cookies, chocolate and Funfetti cake pops.

Other flavors of macarons for this week are:

  • Lemon curd
Quantities are limited for the 4th of July specials so come early or pre-order to ensure you you get some. If you can’t make it to the bank, Kat’s Sweet Escape is also at the farmer’s market at Festival Foods on Saturdays.
