A few of Santa’s reindeer are making an appearance in Marshfield in December.
The visit is part of Reindeer Day, an event hosted by Main Street Marshfield. The reindeer, which come from a farm, will be in the parking lot of Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MACCI).
“It has been going on for quite a few years. It’s simple and fun for the kids,” said Kaelie Gomez, executive director.
Santa will be warming up inside the MACCI building and is available for visiting. Kids can bring their letters to Santa to the event. If there’s a return address, Santa promises to write back.
During the visit, be sure to take a cookie, too. The event is free and runs from 9-12 p.m. on Sat. December 9.
