Travel around the world at the Marshfield Cultural Fair, taking place at the UWSP at Marshfield campus on Feb. 29 from 10-4 p.m.
The free event welcomes children and adults to check out vendors, travel talks, and performances highlighting many different cultures. Plus, sample a variety of cultural cuisines at the food fair.
New this year is the Storycorps room highlighting the stories of individuals from different backgrounds. Marshfield High School Spanish students will have a room with activities. Also, learn about traveling the world in 20-minute segments during TRAVELTalks.
Kids can participate in fun activities throughout the Cultural Fair, including face painting, sing-along, and more.
Featured performer Pommerische Dancers will take the stage with traditional German dance. The Ko Thi Dance Company brings an energetic performance of African and Caribbean Dance, while the Sloppy Joe Bluegrass Band will offer authentic tunes.
