by Cassie Shook – Deja is a young, black, domestic shorthair female. Her green eyes are a vibrant contrast to her short black fur. She arrived at MAPS with her six kittens a few months ago. Her kittens have all been adopted so now this young mom is trying to find a home of her own. Deja loves to be the center of attention while in the room. She is our resident chatterbox. She loves to talk and if you let her she will tell you every little detail about her day.
Deja also likes to wander around the adoption center and say hi to the other cats before we open. She also has a playful side too. Deja loves feather toys on a stick; anything she can chase catches her fancy. However, she would still rather walk around your legs and let you hold her as she tells you about her day.
Feel free to come down to MAPS’ adoption center at the Marshfield Mall and visit Deja as well as our other adoptable pets. The adoption center is open from 4:30pm-6:00pm Monday through Friday, and 11:00am-2:00pm on Saturday. We also have some more available pets on our website www.marshfieldpetshelter.org (there was a mistake in the video, but this is the correct web address). Also please don’t forget to spay and neuter your pets.
