Clinic Gift Kicks off 2016 Winter Wonderland Campaign
As Marshfield Rotary prepares to launch its 11th season, a longtime supporter of the project has stepped forward with a lead sponsorship gift. Marshfield Clinic Health System and Security Health Plan have renewed their Premier Sponsorship with a $15,000 donation to the project.
“We are grateful for the long term support of our friends at the Marshfield Clinic,” said Finance Chair Al Nystrom. “The Clinic and Security Health Plan were two of the three largest contributors to our initial capital campaign in 2006 (along with St. Joseph’s Hospital). The Clinic and Security have been our top financial sponsors every year since then.”
Corporate donations underwrite the majority of the project’s annual costs. More than 60 local business and individual sponsors provide the funds that allow Rotary to offer the project free of admission charge. Rotary is committed to making the display accessible to all members of the community regardless of their financial means, something that is only possible through the generosity of sponsors and guests.
