For a day of kid-friendly activities, come to the annual Immanuel Lutheran Carnival on March 9.
Inexpensive tickets, which can be purchased in advance at the school office, are used toward carnival games and food. Tickets are 5/$1 in advance or 4/$1 at the door. Otherwise, the event is free to attend.
During the event, attendees can bid on silent auction baskets that go by themes and are announced in the afternoon.
Activities include a bouncy house, cakewalk, and other carnival games for kids. The event is Saturday, March 9 from 10-2 p.m. at the school at 604 S. Chestnut Avenue.
