Annual Farm Show a Popular Event for Marshfield Mall
The Marshfield Mall is getting ready to host one of their largest events of the year: the 37th Annual Farm Show.
“This is the 37th annual Farm Show; it is the biggest show here and getting bigger every year,” said Cindy Gosar, Assistant Mall Office Manager.
The event, which spans two days, offers items of interest to those involved in farming or farming-related industries. Gosar thinks it will offer something for everyone.
“We have everything represented here, and people see their neighbors and love to visit, too. Everything for their farms, homes, new technology, and even spas,” she said.
The mall continues to work to expand and improve the event every year.
“This is the 37th annual Farm Show; it is the biggest show here and getting bigger every year,” she said. “We have over 150 booths plus large equipment, and we get over 12,000 visitors to meet with the representatives that are here to see what’s new.”
This event isn’t just for the “farming crowd”, as it also offers a lot of other family-friendly fun.
“There are some fun things, too. There is the giant Wheel of Fortune to play and win instant prizes, the two petting zoos, the silent auction by FFA Alumni, the Shady Lane 4-H food, and drawings and things to win at the vendor booths,” said Gosar, who hopes many community members stop down to enjoy the event, peruse the mall, and see the new products that are available.
“We believe it’s the best! We are excited to be able to promote and advertise it so it continues to be the best,” she said.
