Enjoy Fall Events This Weekend in Marshfield
This weekend in Marshfield is the perfect place to jump into all things fall.
First of all, if you need to get your pumpkins for both décor and jack-o-lantern creation, you should check out the Pumpkin Blowout at Festival Foods, 1613 N. Central Ave.
The Pumpkin Blowout runs from 8 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, October 8. It will feature hundreds of pumpkins to choose from, in addition to mini pumpkins (perfect for kiddo decorations and crafts), a variety of gourds and hay bales and corn stalks for your decoration needs.
Also, it will be great to bring the kids along, because there will be kid-friendly activities from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
If that isn’t enough fall family fun for you and your family, you could also check out Trick or Treating at Wildwood Zoo this Saturday from 11a.m. to 2 p.m. hosted by the Wildwood Zoological Society.
According to Treasurer Brandi Reed it will be a good time for all.
“Families come dressed in their favorite costumes. They visit different animal exhibits, get a stamp in their Zoo Passport, while picking up treats and goodies all while learning about those animals. As families exit Trick-or-Treating in the Zoo, children with full Zoo Passports receive a goody bag,” she said.
And if all of that Halloween fun this weekend isn’t enough, there are more Halloween events coming up later in the month including Trick-or-Treating downtown and Boofest at Festival Foods.

What: Trick-or-Treating Downtown
Where: Downtown Marshfield, starting locations are BMO Harris Bank, 1305 N. Central Ave. and Main Street Marshfield Office, 139 S. Central Ave.
When: Friday, October 28 from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
Cost: Event is Free
