Explore – Team Schierl Companies & The Store is proud to support animal shelters and humane societies in areas where The Store convenience stores are located. This April, they are again implementing the annual “Buy A Bone” program.
During the month of April, guests of The Store purchase paper bones for $1, $5 or $10. Each bone can be signed with the Guest’s name and/or the name of a furry friend. Bones are displayed inside The Store during the month of April.
All funds raised are donated directly to a local shelter/humane society. In Marshfield, those funds go directly to Marshfield Area Pet Shelter to assist with the day-to-day operating costs of the shelter.
“For the past 7 years, the Buy-a-Bone campaign has generated more than $11,200 to help our animals at MAPS,” said MAPS President Karen Rau. “We are so grateful for this community program and especially thankful for caring companies like Team Schierl for providing this opportunity to support local animal shelters like MAPS.”

Marshfield Area Pet Shelter is a 501(c)3 non-profit volunteer-based organization actively engaged in raising funds to build a humane shelter for the greater Marshfield area.
