About LIbby McNeill’s
Libby McNeill’s, located within Hotel Marshfield, pays tribute to former Chicago-based McNeill & Libby pickling plant, which had building plants throughout the Midwest – including one built in Marshfield in 1905.
The restaurant has a classy upscale feel and offers booth, table, or bar seating. Fun features include live music on Wednesday nights, comfortable private nooks as an optional eating area, and a cozy fireplace.
Start your meal with one of their signature appetizers, including the popular “Libby’s Dill Chips,” which pay homage to the restaurant name’s origin. These dill chips are coated in Libby’s beer batter, deep-fried, and served with a tangy creole dipping sauce. Libby’s cheese curds are also popular, made fresh from local Nasonville Dairy curds.
Favorite custom entrees only at Libby’s include The Big McNeill Mac Burger (Two-1/4 pound burgers layered with fresh-made bacon mac & cheese all between a Texas toast grilled cheese sandwich) and Cowboy Burger (A third-pound burger with Wisconsin pepper jack cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, onion tanglers and sweet BBQ sauce). Also sample their pasta, bacon cheese curd meatloaf, teriyaki salmon, or make-your-own pizza!
