IMG_1610Founded by Central Wisconsin natives Mark and Tammy Lammar in 2010, Lammar’s Smokehouse BBQ began with recipes crafted in the family’s outdoor smoker with family and friends as taste testers. In just five years, the business has transformed into a favorite local lunch spot.

Using their own special spice blends, the meat at Lammar’s is smoked low and slow with hickory smoke to provide the best tasting beef brisket, pork ribs, pork butt, and turkey. Sides, sauces, and desserts are prepared using whole food ingredients to provide the freshest and most wholesome food free from preservatives and additives.

“We’ve got the best meat here in Marshfield,” said Adam Karau, manager at the store. “Everything here is homemade. We make our own sauces; we smoke our own meats.”

A good spot to enjoy a homemade lunch, Lammar’s also offers catering for a wide range of events throughout the area through “Lammar’s Xpress”. Along with their famous pulled pork and chopped brisket, Lammar’s also has breakfast options and a wide range of gluten-free options.

Located next to Baltus Bread & Butter shop on the south side of Marshfield, Lammar’s Smokehouse BBQ is now a successful family-owned business dedicated to serving great food and the community alike through the sponsoring of local sports teams and by supporting American Cancer Society Hope Lodge, National Guard, and police organizations.
